These Terms & Conditions govern your use of arboroud.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

The Website is operated by Arbor oud trading (اربور لتجارة العود), a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 1644540). References to “ARBOR”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Arbor oud trading.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.

3. Product information

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Natural oud is a natural material, so colour, grain, size and aroma may vary slightly from piece to piece and from the images shown. Product images are for illustration and packaging may be updated from time to time.

4. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we cannot deliver to your address; in that case any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

7. Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

10. Safe use of products

Oud, dukhoon and incense are intended to be burned or warmed using an appropriate burner. Always follow safe practice: never leave a burner unattended, keep it away from children, pets and flammable materials, and use in a well-ventilated space.

11. Intellectual property

The ARBOR name, logo, packaging designs, photographs, text and other content on the Website belong to Arbor oud trading or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

12. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering, for keeping your account password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
